LABORATORY OPERATED WAVE RECORDER (LOWR)
The device can be connected to multiple numbers of capacitance based wave sensors at a time to monitor and record the wave data simultaneously in a computer.

Having fast response and suitable for model studies, as their presence makes minimum disturbance to the water. They are fixed vertically at different locations, in the wave flume, to sense the wave heights and wave period throughout the direction of waves at different points

: To measure the wave force caused by wave action directly from different location of the water body. The sensor is free from hydrostatic pressure

Senses the hydrostatic pressure variations instantaneously and provides the water level in high accuracy. The sensor is designed to be free from atmospheric pressure variations

To measure the run up during wave touching the shore or break water. The sensor can be aligned to the waves and once the waves start moving across the sensor, the run up will be displayed on a computer screen and recorded in the computer simultaneously. The information is presented as distance in the scale of cms. or mm. with respect to time. The run up meter also consists of a capacitance wave sensor, to present the data with respect to wave received.
The equipment comes with two different type of sensors, to be used for different terrain.
a. Strip sensor.
b. Rod sensor.
Water current meter- suspension type
Direct reading from deeper waters of rivers, for measurement of water current and its direction. Consisting of under water probe and electronic meter, both connected by cable.
